Job Description
1. Responsible for antibody lead generation to support biological therapeutics programs and early target discovery efforts across multiple disease areas.
2. Design and execute antibody discovery projects, including designing immunization strategies against difficult targets, designing protein and cell-based assays for binding and functional activity selection of target-specific antibody candidates.
3. Maintain an up-to-date laboratory notebook that records experimental methods, materials and results. Keep supervisor and project team informed on current status of work. Prepare presentations to show work being conducted on project or group meetings. Prepare manuscripts and documents for internal or external publication. Training other laboratory personnel on experimental SOP.
职位要求：
Academic / Professional qualification
- Bachelor or Master degree on medical, pharmacy, pharmacology, biochemistry or chemistry
- Technical / skills training
- Expertise in immunization strategies.
- Experience in monoclonal antibody generation from immunized sources, including hybridoma generation,
- Expertise in designing and executing immunological methods such as ELISA, FACS, Western, ForteBio Octet and cell-based assays.
- Familiarity with antibody properties and sequences.
- Broad experience in cell biology, including mammalian cell culture, cell transfection, and protein expression.
- Good project management skill and experience.
- Working experience
Prior industry experience is a strong plus, minimum 3-year working experiences in antibody discovery of pharmaceutical company.
