Job Description
【Mission】
- The Illustrator is commissioned to produce still drawings to be used in shows, concept illustrations, scenarios, advertisement documents, books and/or magazines.
【Activities】
- Generate complete color or monochrome illustrations in full for to be used by production staff,
Undertake relevant research to propose adequate illustrations,
Generate creative ideas and concepts,
Draw rough sketches for approval,
Produce final illustrations,
Understand and interpret requirements from the show concept,
Understand the required mood and overall theme,
Adapt to the purpose of illustrations to be created (scenarios, shows, advertising, communication supports, and other artistic creations).
【Terms】
Type of contract : Labor contract of fixed term
Expected starting date : April 2019
【Profile Required】
- Education : Bachelor or Master Degree in an art or design subject
- Work experience : 2 to 4 years in a similar position. An artistic portfolio will be required
- Origin : Chinese
- Key skills : Creativity, artistic understanding, adaptability, prominence with artistic tools (traditional drawing instruments: dry point, Chinese ink ; digital drawing instruments : Photoshop or other digital paint softwares, pixel layers).
- Languages : Fluent in English. French would be a plus.
