Responsibility

• Primary focus on Japanese clients both business development and PMO of delivery
• Act as GJP Markets member in order for GJP to go to Japanese market in China for ITA areas like tech enablement, KDi, RPA, Powered solution, Alibaba Alliance Team and so on
• Target Japanese clients in China
• Liaise KPMG Japan and their HOs in Japan
• Frequent visit Japanese clients / targets locally in China to seek opportunities
• Translate KPMG discussion deck into Japanese or summarize our experiences in Japanese and sharing them with Japanese clients
• Work closely with customers and business team during the IT related implementation and deployment
• POC implementation with business team to support RFI/RFP

Qualifications

• Working experience with Japanese companies or serving Japanese clients utilizing both Japanese and Chinese and sometimes in English
• Deep understanding of Japanese business culture and protocol how appropriately deal with them in communication and deliverable
• Ideally living or working experience in Japan more than one year
• Familiar with SAP, Oracle, RPA, AI, Cyber security, cloud, or any technology enablement related solution
• Background in Computer Science or Information Management desired
• Familiar with main automation testing tools and frameworks, such as LoadRunner, WinRunner, QTP, Appium, Robot Framework, Selenium, TestNG, cyber security as well as technology enablement solution
• Automation experience with RPA tool – UiPath or Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere or WorkFusion is a plus but not a must
• 1-5 years IT project working experience
• Experience in working in a dynamic Agile project delivery environment is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Travel at customer site is acceptable for the deployment
• Good at markets and business development
• Good written and oral Japanese and English
• Be flexible with business trip
• Base in Shanghai
