Responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of quality IT Service to the SDC Office.

Work with Firmwide GTS team to manage local IT operations to ensure the IT systems are operating reliably.
配合公司GTS部门一起管理服务中心的IT系统运作,确保稳定可靠运行。
Ownership of the resolution of IT daily issues and problems in the SDC office, escalating to teammates in the Firmwide GTS team when necessary for additional support.
负责处理解决服务中心IT日常运作中的问题。在必要时,及时汇报公司GTS部门寻求支持。
Responsible to manage the office’s IT assets
负责服务中心IT资产的管理。
Provide IT Training to the SDC office staff so they are able to use the IT systems proficiently.

Manage relationships with the SDC service teams, understanding their business needs and helping to provide solutions.

Administer and contribute to our IT policies and standards ensuring a high level of efficiency, cost effectiveness and security in the delivery of IT Services.

Understand and help implement IT security and business continuity plans in conjunction with the business.
理解公司安全策略和灾难恢复计划。当业务发生中断时,积极配合实施灾难恢复计划。
Organise workload to complete a variety of tasks within agreed timeframes.
能够合理分配手头的任务,在既定的时间内完成。
Work with Firmwide GTS team to provide reports on IT spend, staff utilization and key performance indicators.
配合公司GTS部门,提供IT费用、人员使用效率、绩效考核等报表。
Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science is preferred.
理工本科或相关学历,计算机专业优先
1~2’ years of related IT support experience, including but not limited to hardware, Windows OS, email systems, desktop software, Apple , Android and Video Conferencing. Experience with Lotus Notes is preferably.
具有1~2年IT技术支持工作经验,包括提供硬件,微软视窗操作系统,邮件系统,常用桌面软件,视频会议系统; 苹果、安卓等设备的日常维护,有Notes 邮件系统经验者优先。
A team player with excellent people skills so that the candidate is able to work smoothly with both local and Firmwide GTS team colleagues.
具有团队合作精神和沟通能力,能积极配合公司GTS部门的同事协同工作。
Experience in managing a server room and its accompanying servers, network equipment and phone systems are preferred.
有对服务器机房管理,电话系统支持经验者优先。
Microsoft Office Tools experience or good skill are preferred.
对于微软office 办公软件熟练者优先。
A good understanding of business continuity and IT Security would be beneficial. 熟悉灾难恢复计划和IT安全管理者优先。
The candidate should have good English in both verbal and written communication.
具有良好的英语口头和书面表达能力。
A good customer communication skill are preferred .
有良好的客户沟通能力者优先。
