Requirements:
• University graduate; technical degree a plus
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience, experience in IT or technical industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent or native English a must; other languages a plus
• Must be able to quickly assimilate technical knowledge
• Manage multiple projects at once
• Self-motivated, patient and professional
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office

Position Overview
As part of our PMO team, the Specification Writer will be responsible for putting together technical specifications for new features and developments to our application used in all our centers around the world. He/she will be responsible for ensuring the changes are implemented correctly and for following up on the testing of these features. This role is a liaison between IT and other departments.
Responsibilities
The Specification Writer’s responsibilities will include:
• Determine through extensive communication with parties best solution for problems
• Evaluate workflow impact of new features and identify associated risks
• Write technical specification for development work to be done
• Conduct feasibility studies for large scale projects
• Prepare necessary testing plan to ensure that new features are rolled out flawlessly
• Keep up to date with latest technologies
