KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:

• Manage complex business application implementations to meet budget, schedule and quality goals
• Establish project scope, requirements, cost and time baselines
• Establish efficient communication channels; listen, responds and keeps stakeholders informed
• Lead team in providing technical solutions for a project
• Assists in assigning work, coordinating work assignments and coaching team members
• Take initiative in handling multiple demands by demonstrating flexibility for optimum user satisfaction
• Strong problem solving skills. May have background in technical and troubleshooting skills in several applications and technologies

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Results-oriented

2.Minimal 5 years of IT project manager experience. At least 3 years on enterprise applications

3.Project experience in Agile projects is preferred

4.PMP and Prince 2 certification

5.Experience in large, complex enterprise business applications

6.Excellent communication skill

7.Good command of presentation skill

8.Professional speaking and writing in English and Mandarin

EDUCATION (Indicate the mini. requirement & preferred discipline):

?Bachelor qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Management

OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:

?Work experience in pharmaceutical industry is highly beneficial

?Able to work extended hours under tight deadline to successfully meet objectives

?Proactive “can-do” attitude and sense of urgency

?Good communication and team play
