1. Be a business system team lead, coordinate and perform the activities throughout the project initiation, requirement, design, build, validation, cutover and exit phases, ensure the solution is delivered with quality and satisfaction;
2. Liaise with project manager, Act as HQ Template Technical Owner and external consultants, ensure the project tasks are properly assigned, managed and done;
3. Create and evaluate the global template and local business requirements including change requests and complex issues. Translate them into functional and technical designs and solutions;
4. Conduct system configuration and responsible for the unit testing and integration testing as well as UAT;
5. Plan and execute the data collection, verification and conversion process including master and transactional data;
6. Monitor and follow up post project deliver to ensure all outstanding issues are resolved;
Business Process Improvement (20%):
1. Integrate and work closely with different business organization stakeholders for example, Bio-development, Bio-manufacture and new drug discovery to understand the strategic directions, business plans, issues, pain points, and to provide best solutions to create more business values;
System and business Change Management (10%):
1. Act as HQ Template Technical Owner work with business organization stakeholders and Business Owner and external consultants to identify the “as is” and “to be” gap. Find and utilize all possible internal standard functions to fulfil business requirements;
2. Design and follow HQ standard to deploy value-added new functionalities and improve the system efficiency;
3. Evaluate change impact on global solution template and perform “regression tests”;
Knowledge Transfer (20%):
1. Control and manage all blueprint requirement, function spec, technical spec, configuration log, user manual etc. in detail and make them clean and simple;
2. Work with and conduct project manager, trainers and content owners to develop and implement learning programs, process, methodology and activities to build the required knowledge & skills for different user groups support team in sustainable manners;
3. Plan and conduct assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness and follow up on the remedial actions;
Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job:
1. Over 8 years working experience in international company with global project implementation or roll out practice;
2. Strong knowledge of bio-chemical and bio-pharma or biochemical solution is a plus;
3. In depth manufacture and/or lab management knowledge with at least 5 full cycles ERP/Manufacture/Lab information system projects;
4. Deep knowledge of order management, pricing, billing, purchasing and material management processes;
5. Strong knowledge in business process standardization and re-engineering;
6. Excellent design, configuration and testing skills are must;
7. Strong knowledge in cross module design and functionality is a must;
8. Excellent communication skill, fluent spoken and written English;
9. Business and result-oriented;
10. Problem solving and root cause identification skills;
EDUCATION (Indicate the mini. requirement & preferred discipline):
- Certified MM/PP/ABAP consultant is a plus;
- Certified LIMS/ELN/Empower is a plus’
- Certified PM is a plus.
