Job Description
薪资:10000-12000

Responsibilities:
Works closely with IT Vendors and oversee the Tech Hub’s overall daily Supply Management operations with corresponding SLA
Performs standard coordination with other IT teams and external service providers to ensure timely service delivery and shipment
Manage the IT Purchase and Asset Management with standard process
Oversee the ticket management systems & IT tools
Investigates problems and identifies solutions in an efficient, creative and timely manner by utilizing available tools, synthetizing information coming from different sources and providing the best possible solution
Continuously seeks improvement opportunities for ensuring efficient and best practices
Skills and qualifications required:
Proven 1-3 years working experience in a Service Coordination, Supply Management or Procurement, experience in an IT Support function with a multinational and / or IT enabled service organization consider as a plus
Strong process orientation and interest in developing and optimizing processes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong command of English language
Exceptional service attitude and sense for urgency
Must be a team player with a positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and against tight deadlines
Quick learner for new skills
