l Assist IT Service Desk engineer for the day to day IT support covering all area of IT (Software / Hardware) deployed to the desktop
l Ensures that all user issues are resolved within established guidelines and that users receive the highest level of customer service
l Provides remote or hands-on help to users using troubleshooting procedures & techniques, guidance, instruction
l Mobile device support for users, migration, upgrade, troubleshooting, etc.
l Network support for users, migration, upgrade, troubleshooting, etc.
l Video conference support for users
l VIP user support and Project coordination
l Performs other relevant duties as assigned by IT management team
l Bachelor or master of Science (computer science preferred)
l 3+ years working experiences in IT support & service area
l Solid knowledge and experience of Desktop Operation System, Application, Computer Hardware
l Solid knowledge of MS Windows, MS office suite, TCP/IP, Active Directory
l Well knowledge and 2+ years’ experience of MS O365 system
l Well Knowledge of audio/video, OA systems
l Well Knowledge of ITSM
l Good personality and active attitude to provide support to end users
l Good coordination and communication skills
l Skillful on documentation, log and summarize on cases
l Excellent English both in oral and written
l ITIL and CET 4 certified will be plus
