Your Role and Responsibilities
要求：
1，计算机或日语相关专业本科以上学历。
2，流畅的日语沟通能力，英语可读写。
3，熟悉网络，服务器，以及Windows操作系统，或相关IT管理工作经验。
4，有很强的计划性和实施执行能力；有效沟通，组织协调，团队合作能力。
5，有PMP，ITIL，CCNP/CCIE等相关证书优先。
岗位职责
1，通过和Global，客户，以及部门同事的有效沟通，拟定详细的各种IT项目实施计划。
2，负责安装公司，客户相关操作系统，以及各种软件的安装维护。
3，出现IT 问题时，能够准确判断，查找问题点以及提供解决方案。
4，负责IT Support Service流程定制。
