工作职责:

1.Understanding of business requirement, process and applications in use for the consumer finance, close cooperation with Business Users, as well with both Internal and External IT Partners;

2.Manage the team to fulfill testing needs, continuously improve the team performance / efficiency / professional skills, develop competence both in business & technical domain (including build up automation test, complex problem investigation / solving skills);

3.Manage the test tasks within team, communicate with other parties about requirement understanding, delivery and test approach, ensure sign off on time with high quality;

4.Ensure QA process and keep improvement, to be aligned with IT BA department procedure and IT compliance standards / rules;

5.Ensure the team support in production issues within SLA.

1.Bachelor or equivalent degree in IT related;

2.Fluent English (spoken and written);

3.Business Process Awareness

4.Good planning & execution & Follow-up skills, with process mind-set;

5.Good communication and networking skills, Problem-focused & Open & Fairness

6.Ambition in delivery timing and quality;

7.Ability to work under pressure, Reliability and Flexibility

At least 8 years’ experience in IT, including 3+ years management role (above 10 team members) like test coordinator / lead /

9.Experience / Knowledge in IT process and delivery lifecycle, as well in IT applications/architecture/data flow

10.Experience / Knowledge in test management, both manual and automation test

11.Excellent skills in problem analysis and investigation, trouble-shooting

12.Experience with mobile applications

13.Familiar with JIRA, SOAP UI or other testing tools

14.Knowledge of development tools/languages, Agile Delivery Approach

15.ISTQB / ITIL Certifications
