Technology Consultant (IT Helpdesk Technician)
Summary
The Technology Consultant will play a key role within our global Technology Team; providing technical support to our global user base. Reporting to one of our Technology Managers, you will work amongst a team of Technology Consultants; assisting with global initiatives, driving technology adoption, and ensuring most effective use of Text100 applications.
Responsibilities
Technical support for regional and global user base
User onboarding, offboarding and induction
Assisting with user education and adoption of technology
Management of ticketing service and escalation
Build and issuance of user devices
Hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting
Management and creation of device images
Assistance with global technology initiatives
Assistance with infrastructure management
Experience and Skillsets
At least two years’ experience in an IT Support role
Experience working with cloud technologies
Office 365 administration
Cloud file storage services administration
Active Directory administration
Service desk ticketing based software
Endpoint management
Mac OSX and Windows platform configuration and management
Windows Server administration
Basic networking experience
Good written and spoken English
Experience working in a global environment advantageous
Personality and attitude
Motivated to do their best work with an entrepreneurial spirit

Works well within a team
Has a desire to learn and develop knowledge
Displays a professional and reliable work ethic
