Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of software applications using CRM, MSSQL, SharePoint and VBA
• Assist with the implementation of global system services and execute system testing
• Administer system applications
• Prepare professional training material including PowerPoint slide, workflow diagram and video tutorial
• Coordinate with departments and provide training for end users
• Provide post-implementation support and on-going support measures for all IT systems

Requirements

• Higher diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines
• Strong knowledge in requirement study, system analysis, design and implementation in systems and software
• At least 1 year of experience in application development
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows platform, Office365, Excel VBA, SharePoint, Team, SQL Server, ASP.NET, JavaScript, etc.
• Independent and organized person with good problem solving and analytical skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good interpersonal skills and can work with users at all levels
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently
• 5-day work week and working location in Quarry Bay
