Principal Accountabilities主要工作职责
1.Provide daily helpdesk support to staff on applications, networking and systems;
2.Maintain and monitor all users’ PCs, networks, servers room equipment;
3.Research and identify solutions to software and hardware problems;
4.Analyze and maintain performance data to ensure optimal usage of technology resources;
5.Schedule and monitor software updates;
6.Monitor backups and restore backups when required;
7.Responsible for day to day user administration including new user set-up and access,system access privileges and permissions, and prompt service cancellation for
discontinued users;
8.Office telephone, network line management maintenance;
9.Hardware/Software Purchase and installation, along with IT fixed asset management;
10.Maintain accurate inventories of hardware and software licenses and compliance with End User License Agreements;
11.IT Monthly report updating, and executing technology documentation, policies and procedures;
12.Report all job progress and any problem to the IT Infrastructure Manager and
co-operate to solve problems;
13.Backup responsibilities to IT Infrastructure Manager especially for the day-to-day operations in Hong Kong;
14.Provide user training;
15.Track tasks, monitor logs, maintain issue logs, and follow through within agreed time limits;
16.Be the frontline IT support for all Talon Zipper Shenzhen internal and external users;
17.Work with internal and external IT resources, including IT vendors;
18.Other job responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Qualifications任职资格
1.Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline;
2.Microsoft Certified Systems Administration or Engineer (MSCA or MCSE) certification will be advantage;
3.3 years or above experience in IT Technical operation;
4.Good at Mandarin, Cantonese and English reading, writing and oral communication,
5.Familiar with MS Windows Server 2016/2012/2008, Windows 10/7 operating systems and MS Office (especially in Office 365);
6.Good knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange, TCP/IP Network equipment,
VMware platform, Internet and Email security;
7.Must be able to resolve problem independently;
8.Need to be available to work outside of regular business hours when required;
9.Experience in American company is preferable, immediately Available is highly preferred.
