Responsibilities:
Provide helpdesk support, technical services and daily routine task and system operation;
System user account creation/modification/removal in co-operation with HR. Develop and execute backup policy/plan for system, file and data;
Design, build and maintain IT infrastructure (Wintel servers & network infrastructure (LAN & WAN), database servers, data centre facilities);
Perform regular system & network review, capacity monitoring, fault diagnosis and problem management;
Implement system security parameters including responsibilities, request sets, and system access;
Design and develop necessary SQL queries and procedures based on functional specification to ensure an effective data exchange and system integration
Handle problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems. Recognize and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma in Computer Science or relevant discipline;
3-5 years solid experience in system, network and database administration;
Proven experience supporting Azure AD, SharePoint, Exchange, MS SQL, Microsoft Operating system, Linux, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DFS, PowerShell Scripting etc.;
Strong in technical support skills including trouble shooting, performance tuning, capacity planning, monitoring tools recommendation, customization, deployment and usage;
IT Professional certificates would be advantageous (ITIL/CCNA/MCSE/MCITP);
Able to work independently and willing to travel in between offices and factories occasionally;
Good commend of verbal and written English.
