Job Description

To perform routine and non-routine tasks related to the installation, repair, maintenance, support and disposal of client (Academic and Non-academic) computers and peripheral hardware and software, and network cabling system in an international school.


Duties:

  • Maintain client (Academic and Non-Academic Staff) computer (Windows) and peripheral systems.
  • Install and implement hardware (Network Cabling , Projector, SmartBoard, PABX, etc) and software updates and enhancements.
  • Report and log all requests for IT services.
  • Analyze client’s hardware and software problems and offer solutions.
  • Work closely with other IT staff to encourage the productive use of the system’s capabilities.
  • Ensure that School IT inventory list is up to date, assist with annual inventory update.
  • Monitor client’s use of IT hardware and peripherals and report abuse or misuse on any part of the users.
  • Any other duties as assigned by ICT Manager.


Skills/qualifications:

  • College Degree or Above.
  • 3-5 years of working experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of computer hardware, Network based on the Cisco environment and Microsoft.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Good computer skills-including Microsoft Windows , Office 365, Adobe, and Max OS
  • Analytical, good in finding solutions for clients.
