Position: IT Support Technician

Job Responsibilities:

As a member of the ICT Team, the job holder will be responsible for the maintaining and updating school information and technology system, mainly focus on, Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Assist to set up the school network system, ensure the web can fulfill the needs both in teaching and office.
• Support Marketing and Admission team, build up the school website as well as third social media systems, help to solve the technical problems, maintenance and update the web.
• Maintenance and updating school software and hardware relating both in teaching and administration, make sure of the system stable.
• Daily operation management of the IT system and weak current machine, including but not limited to computers, drama equipment, network, servers, electronic whiteboard, projector, and office system, etc.
• ICT service and supporting: technical support, training of teaching system and office system, especially in the student management system, use of electronic whiteboard, information management system, use of outlook, etc.
• Helpdesk.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer, information system management, or other related professional.
• Has a keen enthusiasm in the Education industry.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Self-motivated, high sense of responsibility.
• Acceptable high-pressure work.
