Responsibilities

• Design infrastructure components in accordance with approved guidelines
• Collect and study business requirements and advise solutions based on latest technology
• Provide incident and problem management to service
• Provide capacity planning and monitoring of platforms
• Provide guidance on application development
• Ensure security standard compliance of solution delivery
• Plans and executes migration of infrastructure from on premise servers to the cloud and implements security controls
• Builds and maintains auditing and reporting tools that provide information on the current and historical status of infrastructure
• Prepare detailed architectural and installation plans

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor degree or equivalent
• 5-8 years working in an enterprise solution environment, with strong focus on infrastructure deployment and operation
• 2+ years’ experience with deploying and supporting large scale infrastructures and applications (both on-prem and in Cloud)
• Good knowledge of at least one operating system: Linux, UNIX, Windows
• Good understanding of networking: TCP/IP, IP addresses, HTTP, DNS
• Good understanding of computer programming languages or scripting language
• Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
• Good knowledge of ASPAC regional issues, ability to work with people from many different cultural backgrounds
• Experience in the Professional Services or Financial Services sectors is a must
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to make rational decisions regarding the escalation of problems
