Roles and Responsibilities:
Support desktop PCs, notebook, telephones, printers and audio/visual equipment;
Analyse and recommend new technologies as appropriate for use by the business;
Provide technical assistance and work direction to aide other employees.
Desirable Skills:
Ability to work with business users in defining local requirements and delivering locally approved solutions
Strong language skills in native spoken & written English is a must;
Ability to build, communicate and maintain relationships in Tianjin office;
Can work independently with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Self-motivated, multitasking, able to work under pressure and to tight schedules.
Technical Knowledge:
Microsoft Windows 7 / 10;
Microsoft Office 2010 / 2013 / 365;
Video Conference (Polycom) / (Zoom) / (MS Teams);
Understanding of audio visual equipment;
VoIP Telephone (Cisco);
TCP/IP Network;
Lotus Notes / O365 Outlook E-mail Client;
Mobile Technologies (iOS, Android);
Qualifications:
Degree in computer science or related disciplines;
3-5 years work experience and demonstrated 1st to 3rd level IT skills.
