Responsibilities

• Provide Tier-1 Support to customer include email setup, troubleshooting via phone, email or remote connection
• Help resolve customer issues by providing first tier technical support and troubleshooting
• Discipline in conducting daily health check to assure system quality and performance
• Record and update status service ticket and Phone calls clearly in support ticketing system
• Support Cloud products provisioning including Hosted Exchange, DNS, Office 365 and Azure
• Perform on-site technical support to customer only if necessary

Requirement

• F.5 or above, Certificate/Diploma in IT/Computer Science related subjects is preferable
• Strong interest in cloud related technologies and trends especially from Microsoft cloud product suite
• Has the strong drive to learn and develop cloud related expertise
• Good interpersonal skill and command of spoken and written English and Chinese for telephone and email communications
