Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above
Good spoken and written English
Can work 5 days a week for 6 months
Good communication skills and accountable personality

Responsibilities:
Provide first level support for IT system
Escalate IT issues to global supporting center
To make sure the issues are solved on time
Monitor testing issues status
Communicate with the responsible consultants before the issues run into due date
