• Provide on-site support for pc, server, network and IT facilities;
• PC/Server hardware and software installation and configuration;
• Assistance on IT project implementation, network equipment and facilities setup.
• Provide Pre / post sales technical service to customers.
• Provide technical and products training to internal sales team & customers

Requirements:

• • Diploma or above in Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines;
  • MCSE holder will be an advantage
  • At least 3 years working experience
  • With technical support and POC experience
  • Team player; polite; willing to learn;
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered

Attractive salary package will be offered to the right candidate.

(Salary $18,000 - $30,000 / month)
