Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing day-to-day PC support, handling user's request, coordinating and arranging technical support service activities
• Perform upgrades and deployments of software and hardware
• Provide ad hoc after hours standby for supporting retail shops
• Provide support for system upgrade and migration
• Experience on Win7, Win8, Win10 and Mac system

Requirements:

• With 1-2 years' relevant office I. T. support experience
• Independent, self-motivated and good communication skills
• Good knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Familiar with Microsoft products
• F.5 or above
