Responsibilities :

• Provide end-users technical support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware, software and other computer services
• Ensure that escalated technical problems are prioritized and follow-up actions to fault cases are completed in a timely manner
• Installation, configuration, maintenance and operation support of Network, Server, Workstation and Backup
• Track record in management of mobile application platforms
• Keep track and maintain accurate IT inventory of all computing equipment
• Resolve daily IT technical issues and ad-hoc reports or assignments as required

Requirements :

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information System or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in technical support
• Certificate holder of MCP, MCSE, and CCNA is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Experience in monitoring the performance of wired/wireless network such as Fortinet, Cisco, Sophos, Ruckus
• Experience in assembling computer equipment and maintenance of inventory level and warranty
• Familiar with supporting Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and knowledge in POS is highly desirable
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Occasional travels to PRC is required
