Responsibilities

• Assist to implement corporate IT infra projects and solutions locally

• Work closely with suppliers to ensure promptly IT infra project/service delivery.

• Responsible for new stores IT setup, such as, telephony, WAN, LAN, server, switches, POS, business applications setup and training. Travelling required.

• Provide technical support to business and special events during non-office hours. Flexible working hours are required.

• Provide on-site or remote IT support on corporate infrastructure across nationwide Prada locations.

• Coordinate with regional and corporate IT professionals on regular support service and delivery timely resolutions to end users.
