Brief: IT Solution manager AP for Engineering IT aims to enable the digital transformation of Bosch Product Engineering and Production Engineering domain for all the Bosch R&D IT users and Plants in AP

It is accountable for solution development and lifecycle mgmt. in Engineering IT domain, covering Lab Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Product & Production engineering, and PDM& PLM system, etc.

„  Is accountable for all Engineering solutions and digital twin related initiatives in AP

„  Lead Engineering solution manager team in AP

„  Be business partner for digital transformation in product engineering & production engineering area, and support the commercial success for customer thru digitalization

„  Plan activities for Engineering IT domain with key stakeholders and ensure the implementation and customer satisfaction

„  Strong leadership skills, ability to lead functionally and motivate Solution team

„  Strategic thinking and be able to break down to action

„  Capability to develop business and drive topic

„  Excellent communication and negotiation skills

„  Waterfall and Agile Project mgmt. Experience

„  IT Product mgmt. experience

Qualification

„  Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or IT

„  >15 years relevant working expereince

„  Minimum 5 years of leading experience with team size >10 associates

„  Strong Engineering business process knowhow

„  Rich experience in CAD, ALM/PLM, PDM, production engineering (e.g.: Siemens Tecnomatix)

„  Deep understanding of how the IT solution supports customer processes, including Mechanical Engineering, Lab Engineering, production engineering etc…

„  Experience of working in an international environment

„  Basic commercial knowledge

Preference:

„  3 years above experience in Engineering R&D is a plus

Knowledge about the technology for digital transformation (e.g Knowledge graph, MBSE
