„  Is accountable for plan, build, deploy, run and phase-out of the IT Solution

„  Manages internal customer requirements

„  Pro-actively consults Bosch business sectors in optimizing the Solution (technical, commercial) and in regards to standardization.

„  Plans activities for IT Solution within planning processes in close alignment customer and internal delivery & operational team

„  Manages IT Solution’s dependencies and integration with related IT landscape

„  Be accountable for all commercial aspects of IT Solution

„  Ensures achievement of objectives (measured by KPIs) through appropriate measures

„  May act as "Solution Cluster Manager" in large Business Teams to oversee several Solution Teams

„  Strong leadership skills, ability to lead functionally and motivate Solution team

„  Ability to combine technical and business view in IoT and/or Customer IT domain

„  Good understanding of relevant IT Applications as well as customer environments

„  Deep understanding of how the IT Solution supports customer processes

„  Waterfall and Agile Project mgmt. Experience

„  IT Product mgmt. experience

„  Problem-solving skills (analysis, options, driving decisions)

„  Excellent communication and negotiation skills in an international working enviroment

„  Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related majors

„  10+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including

„  Minimum 7 years of relevant development experience

„  Minimum 3 year as Solution Architect, doing solution architecture design and architecture review for medium-large size solutions based on familiar technology area

„  Rich experience in business requirement analysis, skills of high-level architecting, and in-depth IT solution design

„  Rich experience in technical specification, system & data model design and database design

„  Rich experience in cloud computing and infrastructure architecture design

„  Deep understanding of Server-side, Java development, Service Oriented Architectures, web services, RESTful API and public web sites development
