• Act as 2nd level support within the area of responsibility
• Analyze, prioritize and solve all incoming IT cases within agreed time and with accurate quality within your area

- Take an active part in problem-, change- and life cycle management

• Work closely with the business to understand their needs and to be able to support them in the best way
• Work in close cooperation with the Solution Owner and supports in giving feedback how the application is used, what improvements are needed from user perspective and what education that should be planned for the user
• Be responsible for educating the users, in close cooperation with Solution Owner

- Participate in both local and global project and you are an important player when it comes to requirement- and test management
