MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

This position is responsible for new IT-Projects, collecting business requirements and implementation of new technologies within the strategy of Audi China. You will work within an automotive environment and be responsible for digitalization retail solution implementation and platforms setup.

Furthermore, this position is managing multiple, concurrent digital related projects of varying complexity. It includes also being the interface between the business departments of Audi China, our Joint-Venture as well as the German headquarter. You will be responsible for early knowledge of technologies and trends in China with a potential impact on Audi to support and design the digitalization future of Audi.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Task : Digitalization Project management

• Communication with business and providing IT proposals and consulting service
• Selection and evaluation of vendor to derive a suitable solution for the project
• Providing IT consulting advice for business departments, and managing of 3rd-Party vendors
• Project management and satisfactory completion of medium-large IT projects in time, budget and quality
• Build and implement digital retail solutions in the required environment and fulfill IT standards/regulations
• Locally coordinate and support projects for AUDI AG/VGC

QUALIFICATION

Education Background:

• Bachelor or above in Computer Science or related fields with strong IT related background

Professional Skills:

• 5+ years’ experience as a project management role within international environment
• Proven Project Management qualification and methods experience (e.g. ITIL, SCRUM, PMP)
• Good understanding and experience in the area of digital retail strategy and solutions, eg. VR/AR, AI, Industry 4.0, etc.
• Experience with dealership and digital marketing solutions would be preferred

Competence Requirements

• Excellent understanding of new technologies (e.g. Cloud, Web Services, Big Data, Mobile Apps, etc.)
• A proven ability to lead projects from start to finish, experience of delivering either Infrastructure or Application/Development related projects or both, managing multiple small to medium sized projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Project will be an advantage

Language Skills

• English(advanced)
• Mandarin(mother tongue or equivalent proficiency)
• German(will be a plus, but not mandatory)
