General Description

This role is under PMO team which in charge of large project management IT perspective in Greater China. The incumbent shall be responsible for project planning, vendor management, cost management, quality management, risk management, and stakeholder communication, etc. but not limited.

He or she needs to communicate with business team, customer, function IT, IT vendors and project stakeholders etc.

Specific Accountabilities

• Develop project proposal and establish project management process and system to ensure the timely and qualified delivery.

• Make IT implementation plan, setup proper project KPIs aligned with stakeholders including schedule, cost, & quality etc.

• Overall manage the project timeline, cost, quality to meet project KPIs.

• Control the changes and risk, and work on plan B or backup plan for high risk event.

• Make (unit & integration) test plan and manage the test progress.

• Execute QA and ensure the quality of deliverables.

• Support project contract review from IT perspective.

• Responsible for IT vendor management

• Involve in regular stakeholder review, submit and present IT status.

Skills Required

• Good interpersonal skills

Experience and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management;

• Experiences in IT vendor management;

• PMP certification is desirable;

• Professional project management skills, like documentation to support project management and presentation, using professional project management methodology (not limited)

• Capable of managing overall project time, quality, cost and risk

• Strong executive ability to handle project changes, conflicts well

• Good communication & interpersonal skills, effective coordination with different level of stakeholders globally

• Deep business domain knowledge/experiences in 3PL industry is desirable;
