The Role/ Responsibilities:

The focus of the role is to support rollout of VIOOH in China.

1.Manage overall planning, execution and delivery of projects following Viooh or Digital project delivery guidelines and standards to meet technology and business requirements on time and within budget.

2.Ensure resource availability and allocation, define project tasks and resource requirements. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

3.Deliver timely project reports. Conduct regular project reviews. Develop and execute project resource management plans. Manage and maintain all required project documentation.

4.Build relationships with different project teams to effectively manage and deliver quality projects. Promote best practices for continuous process improvement.

5.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

6.Prepare and lead training activities.

7.Report and escalate to management as needed.

8.Project evaluations and assessment of results.

Qualifications:

1.Minimum 5+ years of experience managing large, complex, cross-functional IT projects utilizing a structured project management methodology and formal tools/approaches.

2.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering and/or related.

3.Proven expertise in project estimation, planning, tracking, scope control, risk and issues management as well as status reporting.

4.Advanced knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, and presentation of metrics.

5.Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).

6.Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies.

7.Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

8.Advanced skills in MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

9.PMP/Prince 2 certification preferred.

10.Agile/Scrum master certification a plus.

11.Fluent in English/mandarin is a must.
