Overview

Our Project Manager is responsible for completing the Projects within the Project Management Office on time and on budget within given constraints.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of technical project(s) or program teams from initiation through implementation; includes: planning, analysis, design development and implementation

• Provides overall direction for establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines

• Integrates project plans into program plans

• Establishes roles and responsibilities within the core program team

• Allocates and coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects

• Manages budget for assigned project(s), develops and monitors project/program plan(s), and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly

• Aligns business unit, technical development and support organizations

• Establishes program communication plan across the businesses, regions, support and technology groups

• Prepare and present progress reports for senior management

• Management of project from original concept through final implementation

Knowledge and Skills

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 2 years project management or development experience
• Strong business analysis skills and communications skills required
• Experience managing multiple budgets and financial constraints
• Must be able to effectively negotiate and communicate vendor expectations
• Experience in an Agile development environment
• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Microsoft office experience (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio)

Preferred Qualifications

• Expert in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server

• Building complex multi-phase project schedules

• Tracking dependencies and milestones

• Resource dependency tracking and resolution

• Experience with an e-commerce company

• Usability design experience

• PMP certification preferred
