This position is responsible overall management, planning and delivery of Technology projects.

Leadership:

• Experienced project manager with a focus on Data & API and Cloud technology
• Direct complex projects affecting multiple functions or businesses
• Serve as a dedicated resource working directly with senior division leaders and staff to support the solution delivery.
• Partner with the business units; understand the strategy and driver to make sure that projects meet the requirements.
• Build strong relationships to enhance collaboration
• Engage people and develop them through team work and a high level of participation
• Assess change readiness and prepare plans for helping stakeholders through change
• Drive for high quality, actionable results

Program Management:

• Provide assistance with evaluating business projects and proposing and sizing the related technology builds and integrations
• Create transparency into the PMO and ongoing production support capital and operating expenses and budgets.
• Direct and coordinates the delivery of multiple projects from idea to implementation.
• Proactively leads the team and vendors to deliver high quality products with minimal defects.
• Partner with the PMO to contribute best practices and transform the organisations software development capabilities.
• Oversee the development and deployment of IT project delivery methodology and templates based upon best practice
• Oversee the development of the IT plans and budgets in relation to project delivery, ensuring transparency.

Financial Management:

• Partner with Finance to develop and track project metrics
• Monitor performance and improvement in key metrics

Requirements:

• 5+ years in consultant / project manager role

• Experience in managing typical project management activities such as managing timeline, scope, financials, resources
  
• Experience in managing complex transformation projects 20+ stakeholders / vendors from different companies, departments, country locations, positions within organization etc.
  
• Capability in managing and coaching team members for growth
  
• Basic technical knowledge in Data, API and Cloud technology. Interest and capability to understand and learn technical knowledge in data and cloud
  
• Experience in forming business cases and managing/ tracking benefits to business
  
• Experience in Cloud migration / Data & API related projects is a plus
