Responsibilities：

1.Understand business of Transcenta in MAB and HJB which includes CDMO and Bio discovery areas.

2.Communicate to business teams to collect IT requirements

3.Analyze IT requirements from business then filter invalidated noise.

4.URS(user requirement specification) review and lead users to right direction

5.Scenarios determination of IT technology and solution

6.Project opportunities assessment and comparison

7.Solution adoption and technical solution evaluation

8.Initialize IT projects, scope definition, timeline, cost baseline

9.Project Charter, Design, Plan, B2R and implementation etc.

10.Interface with upstream pharmaceutical customers IT

11.Work closely with other IT staff to make sure IT projects landing properly

12.Understand Waterfall / Scrum / Agile methodology to communicate with project team

13.Manage the 3rd party vendor service on the application development / customization. Participant to the vendor and solution selection process together with SME and purchasing.

14.Develops relevant metrics, measures and publishes the IT PM improvement activities in collaboration with peer groups

15.Maintains a strong understanding of technology and lab/pre-clinical/manufacturing applications. Continuously learn new technologies

16.Manage and sustain web portal of Transcenta with vendors
