Job Description

Key Responsibities:

1. IT End-user Support


  • Provide daily IT End-user support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware to office users.
  • Install, modify, reconfigure, update and repair computer hardware and software including OS and antivirus software by coordinating with helpdesk.
  • Install computer peripherals for users (such as printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Run basic diagnostic programs to resolve problems. Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved, Support of our internal users and desktops both physically and remotely.
  • Administer and support telephone voice systems, including setup, change and configurations, depending on location.
  • Maintain an inventory for company IT assets such as computers, monitors, phones, mobile phones, tablets, etc.) Keeping IT Asset up-to-date.

Daily maintenance and service of audio-visual presentation equipment, digital media equipment in conference room. Pro-active management and monitoring to ensure good working condition of office devices.


2. IT Operation Maintenance


  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wireless, VoIP and other systems by coordinating with senior expertise team.
  • Configure COPE or BYOD mobile devices through enterprise mobility management tool (such as VPN, Mail Sync, Wireless access, etc.).
  • Report incidents and problems to senior expertise team to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
  • Supporting an Enterprise environment with Windows Application & File & Print Servers;
  • Basic Server Configuration and Management on Windows AD; Windows Application & File & Print Servers; Users Account Management; E-mail; other IT related Systems.
  • Perform IT infrastructure and application monitor activities like server room environmental and data backup status.


3. IT service process and documentation


  • Organize and conduct monthly IT skill training to end users.
  • Draft IT end-user and infrastructure service support procedure.
  • Continuous improvement of the IT end-user service and operating procedure.
  • Participation in implementation projects.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by Line Manager.
  • Participation in implementation projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • More than 3+ years experiences on similar IT support in international company.
  • Familiar with ITIL process and relative working experience.
  • Experience in IT infrastructure area.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows platform, Office Apps, Hardware, Software, Networking, IPT voice system.
  • Demonstrate Customer-oriented attitude.
  • Quick learning and self-driven.
  • Well-known user requirement, skills and good team work.
  • Strong communication skills and patience.
  • Basic verbal and written English skills are preferred.
