1, He/she should be able to analyze the manual hotel’s system with the computerize system.

2,To make schedule computer training for all departments or sections coordinate with Training Department, which there job related with the computer.

3,To assist all departments or sections who gets the computer problem on their job. (So, He/she has to know the story of the works and transactions coming from).

4,To record the computer problems accurate, for back – up of our report to Management (General Manager), Owning Company, and then if we cannot solve the problem, we have to contact the computer agent.

5,Assists guests for computer related problems ( internet, printing, etc ) and train GSA and Business Center to handle those tasks.

1,Bachelor degree or above

2, More than 1 year experience in same position

3, Good at in English.
