• Participating in IT strategy and planning, working with internal stakeholders to define the business requirements and help in the development of the IT strategy to meet these requirements.
• Advising on best practices and technical solutions including costs to meet the defined strategy
• Manage delivery of outputs from the strategy
• Manage delivery of tactical point solutions as required ensuring business needs are met in a timely manner
• Management of service providers (internal and external) to deliver stable systems to LMC including but not limited to network devices, communications and core applications such as MS CRM, MS AX, MS SharePoint, Webservers, MS Exchange and Citrix
• Escalation point for system issues and outages
• Communicate with LMC / LMI for change and crisis management
• Responsible for the service delivery management (including change control, all IT services to the business
• Ensure team and business are updated on performance and issues as relevant
• Identify and implement approved initiatives to improve efficiencies and costs
• Identify and engage with appropriate suppliers and partners to leverage existing and new technologies and deliver to business needs
• Manage vendor contracts including supply, support of networks, internet, phones and licencing
• Manage all relationships under contract at operating level
• Manage invoicing and budget tracking for relevant areas of IT operational expenditure
• Manage a central Domain register and the ongoing domain renewal / registration
• Proactively manage all IT assets for LMC
• Manage the asset life cycle for hardware and software including purchasing and decommissioning
• Manage all licencing, purchasing, upgrades and compliance within agreed budgets and timelines
• All projects are successfully delivered within budget and on time
• All projects are delivered in line with expectations and in accordance with the project brief
• All projects successfully contribute to company objectives and overall goals
• Multiple projects are handled and prioritised effectively for 100% delivery
• Project communication is effective, efficient and on-brand
• All suppliers, external clients, distributors and internal teams are communicated with as required for project transparency
• Project change is handled quickly and effectively for smooth project completion
