Part of Dover Corporation’s Engineered Systems segment, Vehicle Service Group (VSG) is a strong, diverse and dynamic global leader in the vehicle service industry. VSG comprises 13 major vehicle lifting, wheel service, diagnostic and collision repair brands: Rotary Lift®, Chief®, Forward®, Direct-Lift®, Ravaglioli, Hanmecson®, Revolution®, Elektron, Blitz, Nogra, Butler, Space and Sirio.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for networking architecture design and maintain; For IT asset management, such as computer, printer, IT consumable.
• Plan for annual IT budget.
• Experience on Cisco devices, HP Server, VM, SAN switch, storage, WSUS, anti-virus…
• ERP system maintain and application development(BOS, plugin…)and training.
• Be responsible for IT infrastructure design and data security, data backup and data recovery plan.
• Application development for business .
• SOX audit compliance.
• To work with global IT to implement IT projects.
• To be define and implement IT user policy and IT management policy
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor degree or above, computer and information science education background.
• Over 4 years IT manager experience, global company background is a plus.
• Be proficient in .net , SQL and application development.
• Be proficient in ERP system, be familiar with Kingdee ERP, development tools, framework, ERP server and database.



Skills:

• Fluency oral English is a plus. Be good at reading and writing English.
• IT project management experience.
• ITILV3, CCNA, PMP is a plus.
• Strong communication ability.
• Over all IT skills. IT infrastructure, ERP and MES
