Responsibilities and duties:

• Define IT strategy and upgrade applications to support ongoing business needs

• Secure fast, innovative, high-availability and sustainable IT services for the company

• Support problem resolution of China specific Ecommerce system and external business systems

• Have experience on e- commerce，retail O2O and CRM related experience

• Make recommendations to maximize the business benefits of existing applications
• Have good projects management skill to ensure projects within time and budget
• Take the leadership to make team feel engaged and motivated.

• Responsible for team's daily training and subordinates’ professional development. Support team to learn new skills to ensure team members meet current and future needs and their career development is aligned with company's strategic direction

• Set team priorities, work goals, and monitor performance.
• In addition running the operational aspects of the china business order to cash to distribution across all channels
• Participate and support global IT projects. Follow global harmonized standards, and complete project requirements on time
• Support the implementation of projects in other regions Impart knowledge and experience to the extent possible
• Establish and maintain effective partnerships with external suppliers to share a common vision and priorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor required or above.
• Minimum of 5 years IT work experience
• Excellent IT technical background
• Good IT project management experience
• Good oral and written English
• Ability to communicate effectively departmental requirements
• Proficient when working under pressure
• Good people management skills and good team player
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal business partners & shepherd solutions with external vendors
