Responsibility
In charge of the hotline (necessity to speak well and nicely).
Answer client calling for connection issues (the IT junior will be trained to fix such issues)
Assist the IT manager to set up new equipment for the stores.

Requirement
Organized, curious
Recent graduate or with one-year work experience

Position with a potential internal development

Basic English needed for simple communication.
