Responsibilities:

• Practical knowledge in Network Management, Server Trouble-shooting, and End-user PC support
• Maintain IT security networks (Firewall / Anti-Virus), VPN Secure Networks, equipment in server room
• Experience in End-user PC LAN support
• Support applications, Citrix, SQL databases, VoIP, video conferencing
• Receive international Support Call
• Purchase, maintain, and dispose IT equipment
• Need to support Administrative work and other ad-hoc assignments

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in IT Network / Computer Science related studies
• A minimum of 3 years' solid experience in IT support preferably earned in a fast paced company concentrating on server, network and desktop maintenance
• Understanding and experience in solving user issues with hardware as well as on the software side; Microsoft Office and server side products (Exchange, SharePoint) and other commonly used software
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows Active Directory and Cisco video conferencing
• Willing to travel
• Self-motivated with strong organizational, diagnostic and communication skills
• Aggressive, Mature, Independent, Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken & written in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
