本职位针对大三大四在校学生，一周至少三天，最好是计算机专业。
直属汇报对象是瑞典人，免费锻炼口语；
学习ERP系统，提高实操能力；

Required knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype etc)
• 熟悉Microsoft办公产品（Word，Excel，PowerPoint，Skype等）
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and above
• 熟悉Microsoft Windows 7及更高版本
• Good knowledge of server set-up, IT infrastructure, back-up

• Understanding of user access rights and privileges levels
• 了解用户访问权限和权限级别
• Basic English to support our foreign colleagues

• Familiar with iOS and Android
• 熟悉iOS和Android
• Familiar with Apple OS X
• 熟悉Apple OS X.
• Familiar with networking, VPN, remote desktop, conferencing solutions

• Able to do basic hardware tasks, such as replacing hard drives and memory

• Be able to document our IT environment and IT processes

• Install new OS and applications on our PCs

Tasks:

• Support all IT issues for our 50 colleagues
• 帮助50位同事解决所有IT问题
• Purchase and prepare new computers when new colleagues are joining the company

• Train our colleagues on how to use MS Office applications
• 培训我们的同事如何使用MS Office应用程序
• Maintain and develop our IT-infrastructure, this includes: printers, routers, servers, NAS, scanners, cables

• Maintain and monitor back-up system

• Follow trends in the IT world and suggest improvements to our environment

• Other tasks as instructed by manager
