Job purpose:

As a part of a successful and growing international team, you willprovide end users with assistance on technical issues over the phone and in person, answering questions, making initial diagnosis of any malfunction, performing troubleshooting, taking and coordinating remedial action.

Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:

• Installs / configures computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Conducts diagnoses and solves software and hardware faults.
• Ensures production of the quality development, in compliance with the bank’s standards.
• Monitors and maintains IT servers and networks equipment.
• Communicates with staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Replacing parts as required.
• Works continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).

Profile :

• Good communication and report writing skills;
• Punctual, proactive, responsible and team player;
• Team spirit.

Education:

·       Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or related field.

Experience :

·       1- year experience in relevant area

·       Have a certain network related background, familiar with TCP/IP, holding a Cisco or Huawei certificate is preferred.

Language skills:

Very good command of English, Knowledge of Chinese and French is a strong plus.

Starts date as soon as possible for a duration 6 months under an internship agreement.
