Job purpose:

As a part of a successful and growing international team, you willprovide end users with assistance on technical issues over the phone and in person, answering questions, making initial diagnosis of any malfunction, performing troubleshooting, taking and coordinating remedial action.

Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:

·        Install / configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.

·        Investigate diagnoses and solve computer software and hardware faults.

·        Ensure production of the quality development, in compliance with the bank’s standards.

·        Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

·        Guiding staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.

·        Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

·        Replacing parts as required.

Profile :

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
• 1 -2 years of experience on internal IT service.
• Very good command of English. Knowledge of Chinese is a strong plus.

• Team spirit.
• Good communication and report writing skills;
• Punctual, proactive, responsible and team player;

Starts date as soon as possible for a duration 6 months under an internship agreement.
