Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Investigating, troubleshooting, isolating and documenting IT problems
- Mainly provide remote support
- Keep track the case status and make escalation to vendor/related parties whenever applicable
- Liaise with customers to diagnose and report on problem situations
- Initiate the appropriate corrective actions using established procedure as emergency needs arise
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Knowledge in PC & mail client support, e.g. Outlook
- Experience in Microsoft O365 is better
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, or related disciplines
- Knowledge of LAN and WAN would be advantageous
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, customer oriented and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
