Job Description:

? Maintenance of stand-alone operating system;

? MS office / antivirus software and other common software maintenance;

? Customer company-specific software (client) maintenance;

? General network devices maintenance;

? Installation and maintenance of IT peripherals / devices and coordination of hardware maintenance.

? Assist in the work of the server team/network team.


Requirements:

? 3-5 years working experience in technical support and IT service, college degree or above in computer major related;

? Good English communication on written / spoken;

? Skilled customer service capabilities and excellent customer satisfaction management skills. Excellent client support capabilities: Independently perform diagnosis and troubleshooting of all desktop system usage and failures One field L1 team leader:

? Over 1 year experience in project management or team management: project planning, process organization experience and project implementation experience, ability to lead and manage team of field engineers, complete project support work.
