职位描述
1) First level support for all IT issue.
2) Ensures close cooperation between internal IT team and external IT service providers.
3) Operationally manage assets (SW and HW) throughout the entire asset life cycle.
4) Ensure that End user system incident tickets are addressed to agreed service levels through prioritization, incident recording, recognition, isolation, resolution and follow up.
5) Analyzes IT incident trend and provide preventive action to avoid repetitive issue.
6) supports IT Director to maintenance high level of customer satisfaction.
7) Determines the most effective manner to resolve client's technical issue. - Engages in research and in-depth troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
8) Provide the H&F support for other IT functions.
9) Support and maintain information security standards during daily task.
任职条件
1) Degree in Information Systems or comparable education/ experience
2) Fluent in English (written)
3) At least 5 years of experience in IT End User Service role (or similar function), familiar IT support in office based business environment
4) Solid experience on PC, Printer, Win 7/10 system, Microsoft O365, Skype for business, SharePoint online
5) Pro-active, patient, work well in a team environment
6) able to work independently over customer complain
7) Willing to learn new technology
