WAN(firewall & VPN system) and PBX system daily maintenance

6. 打印机，传真机，复印机等办公设备的日常维护及相应的技术支持

OA equipment daily maintenance and support to end-users

7. ERP应用的技术支持

ERP application technical support to the end-users

8. 执行包括网络安全在内的相关IT策略

Perform the IT policy including network security and confidentiality

9. 工程项目中网络应用技术支持

Network technical support for engineering project application

10. 协助IT经理确保任何软件在授权的情况下使用

Assist IT manager to assure that software will not be used without authorization

11. 管理和控制软件安装，网络及互联网应用

Administrate and control installed software, network and internet application

12. 维护及完善相关IT应用指南文档

Maintenance and perfect IT application guide documents

1. IT相关学历或拥有完成以上职责能力的相关证明

IT-related degree qualification and/or other education and training that is at a level which demonstrates

the ability to perform duties comparable to those listed above

2. 至少2年网络系统技术支持经验，包括系统配置，安装，排障及用户支持经验

At least 2 years network support experience – local and wide area network management including system

configuration, setup, troubleshooting, planning, implementation and user support

3. 数据库技术及应用的相关知识

Working knowledge of database technology, utilization and applications

4. 熟悉Ms office应用及Cisco网络设备

Familiar with Microsoft Windows/Office products and Cisco switch

5. MCSE及CCNA认证

MCSE and CCNA is a plus
