PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

This position is accountable for the following end results:

• Provide first level incident response (include cybersecurity) for JV control system network (terminal bus) and Process Control PCs and Servers.
• Provide IT support (include cybersecurity) for industrial control systems at LuAn JV.
• Work with Process Automation Engineers for control system integration or upgrade projects; this includes configuration and installation of PCs and Servers for Industrial Control Systems.
• Develop Zone & Conduit Diagrams for Process Control Systems.
• Participate in Industrial Control System cybersecurity assessments and deployment.
• Coordinate IT resources for new construction, closure, movement, expansion, and consolidation activities for LuAn JV IT infrastructure.
• Provide coordination for project activities requiring IT assistance at LuAn JV.
• Provide AP IT network hardware upgrades and installations for Maintain Viability work at LuAn JV.
• Maintain the compliance with cybersecurity, safety and IT standards for site server rooms within the incumbent’s area of responsibility.
• Provide IT consultancy and services to LuAn JV business planning and initiatives.
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an engineering discipline (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical), or equivalent work experience (minium 2 years). ·
• Fluent communication skills in English - verbal and written. ·
• Good verbal and written communication skills. ·
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills. ·
• Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure tools and services (Networks, Servers, Printing, Security, and Voice) with more than 5 years IT infrastructure experiences. ·
• Willingness to work outside of normal business hours and at weekends if required to provide support for IT changes and projects. ·
• Flexibility to respond and adapt to new, different, or changing situations, requirements, or priorities. ·
• Microsoft certification MCSE. ·
• Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.). ·
• Good hands-on capability.
