Duties and responsibilities:

1. Taking care of conceptual development of reporting platforms in the company;

2. Management of reporting team;

3. Leading and planning work and projects in BI reporting area;

4. Taking care of project governance and solution concepts;

5. Understanding business requirement and turning them into solutions;

6. Incident handling and change management;

7. Responsibility of overall company’s BI reporting strategy and promotion of strategy within company;

8. Working with other IT specialists in finding best solutions.

Requirements:

1. Master degree or above (preferably in Computer Science);

2. 5 years of working experience with BI development experience, such as OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI, Cognos etc. with at least one complete lifecycle implementation;

3. Experience with leading the team is mandatory;

4. Excellent understanding of modern reporting platforms and tools is must;

5. Experience in setting up the reporting system including setup of Users and Security;

6. Good Oracle SQL skills, Oracle SQL optimization skills will be welcomed;

7. Understanding of Big data concept is welcomed;

8. Better have proficiency in OBIEE, such as BI Servers, Interactive Dashboards, Publisher and Analytics;

9. Better have knowledge of OBIEE in defining, implementation, and setup of physical, logical (business), and presentation objects in OBIEE;

10. MS BI knowledge is welcomed (not mandatory);

11. Have experience with agile approach (not mandatory);

12. Be a good team player;

13. Really Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
